Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) refers to a product category. This category includes products that are priced moderately and sell quickly.

Most FMCG products have a short shelf life. Some of them may also be perishable. These are the products that you would usually find in grocery stores, convenience stores or hypermarkets.. Owing to their low shelf life, they need to be cleared fast. These goods are usually sold at a low-profit margin but have high sales volumes.
